This is a project-based position where work will be offered based on project requirements and capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential respondents via telephone
• Screen and recruit qualified participants for research studies
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets
• Provide excellent customer service to all respondents

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to commit 2-3 days per week during project timelines
• Comfortable working with telephone systems
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• No selling involved - purely research recruitment
