This is a project-based position where work will be offered based on project requirements and capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential respondents via telephone
- Screen and recruit qualified participants for research studies
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets
- Provide excellent customer service to all respondents
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to commit 2-3 days per week during project timelines
