Its content is general information and is not a binding offer to provide services. Enquiries, indicative discussions and website submissions do not by themselves create a client engagement.
Paid research or consultancy requires a separately agreed proposal, statement of work or services agreement addressing scope, fees, payment, delivery, confidentiality, data protection, ownership, permitted use of deliverables, cancellation and liability. That agreement governs the engagement and prevails over these website terms in any conflict about the services. These terms do not supply project payment or refund conditions. These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules, disputes concerning them will be heard by the courts located in Lahore, Pakistan.
